I am sharing with you, a Notebook Cover I altered using Art Essentials, Chalk Paints, Metallic Paints and Embossing Powders. I love the effect created by, using thick layers of Gel Medium and bits of Subtle Embossing Powder on top. On this piece, I did use the negative side of the chipboard, as you see.
