The Earth Laughs in Flowers

Hi everyone,
I am Steph here today I'm using the Flora stamp set.  This stamp set contains 5 different flower images and 4 sentiments.

Using yellow cardstock, I stamped one of the flora images repeatedly in black ink.  I rotated the stamp to get different looks and also stamped off the cardstock.

The stamped panel was matted with black cardstock, then wrapped with yellow ribbon, finished off with white twine.  Then the panel was added to a black card with foam adhesives.

The phrase was stamped on yellow cardstock and die cut, then matted with a scalloped die and added over the ribbon with foam adhesives for dimension.

Happy Birthday Cards

Hi everyone.
Today I'm wishing everyone a Happy Birthday using some fun stamps from the store.

The backgrounds of each card is a Cuttlebug birthday embossing folder.  To create the pink card, once I embossed white cardstock, I lightly inked it with Rose Delicata Ink.  The panel was matted with light pink cardstock and adhered to a dark pink card.

I inked the next panel with Brilliance Sky Blue ink.  The panel was matted with light blue cardstock and then adhered to a dark blue card.

The cupcakes were stamped in black ink and colored with Memento Markers.  The cupcake panels were then matted with the same cardstock and added to the card. I used the Happy Birthday stamp, stamping it in black ink.

Now I have birthday cards available when I need them.

Just For You Card

Hi everyone,
I am Steph here today to share some inspiration on the Wild Flower stamp.

Using Misti, I lined up a panel of white cardstock, then stamped the flower with purple inks.  The stem was stamped with green inks.

I placed the stamped image inside a Designer Rectangle Frame that I painted with Plaid paint.

To create the card, I embossed a panel of foiled paper and adhered it to the card.

The Designer Rectangle Frame was added to the card on top of a strip of gold foil.

The sentiment was stamped on white card, inked and added to a strip of foil and adhered to the chipboard.

Butterfly cards with Expressions Crafts

Hi everyone, I am Steph here and have got a set of cards for you today using the Happy Fly stamp set.  I love butterflies and this set includes 7 butterflies along with 5 sentiments.

Using the MISTI, I placed a sheet of cardstock inside, then arranged the butterflies about the panel, leaving room for the sentiment in the corner.

Next, I inked the butterflies in assorted colors.

I repeated the inking until I had these amazing butterflies.  The sentiment was added in the corner with black ink.

After inking the panel with yellow ink, I matted the panel with black cardstock and added it to my card.  Finally, I scattered some gems around the card.

For my second card, I arranged the butterflies around the sentiment.

I inked the butterflies with blue ink.

Then I inked them with yellow and red inks.

I inked the panel with blue ink, matted it with black cardstock and added it to my card.  Finally, I stamped the sentiment in black ink and die cut it.  After adding it to a larger circle, I adhered it to the card and added gems.

Thank you for stopping by today.

Easy and Quick cards with New Release Stencils

Hello friends!
Vinita here!

It's my first post of this month here and half of the month already flies so quickly!

Have you seen the new release in Stencil category, all the designs are just awesome for any craft medium? You can visit here at the store.

Today I am showcasing some quick and easy steps using stamps and stencils and they are fit for manly cards too!

Card 1

The card base is in Chrome Yellow color. Using my new stencil, I applied texture embossing paste and mixed it with silver glitter paste for shine, created the awesome geometric pattern. Let it dry properly.

I die cut a black stitched textured rectangle border. Die cut sentiments in black.
Now on a textured silver sheet and on an acetate sheet, I stamped the butterfly image using Staz on Black ink which can be used on all non-porous surfaces and get perfect results. Fussy cut them and adhered the acetate one on the silver one for dimension.

Now placed the border using dimensions dot and placed the sentiments and butterfly too. Embellished it with enamel and pearl dots.

Card 2

Here is another card I came up with using the stencil and butterfly stamp!
Started by stencilling the vintage damask background on a smoky blue CS applied black pigment ink. Before drying the ink, I applied silver pearl powder on the ink as shown in the pic:

Now wrapped the focal panel with a frilled black satin ribbon and adhered to a cream color CS with dimensional dots.

Stamped the butterfly onto a light cream CS in black pigment ink and added the silver pearl touch to it, attached it on the ribbon.  Finished off the card with a sentiment and some rhinestones.

Card 3

On This, I used curved stencil in different distress inks and blended the picked raspberry ink at the top.

Now at the bottom left corner, I stamped the picnic stamp set in black Archival ink and leave uncolored the image as I want to show the still life on this image that you can achieve easily with simplicity!

Now from the same stamp set, I stamped the sentiment and heat embossed it with bright opaque white embossing powder and added a die cut sentiment.
