" Oriental Winter" mixed media panel

 Hello all,

It's Madhurima here and today I am sharing my recent mixed media layout for Expresssions Craft. Even though I wanted to create a winter scene but ended up using not-so-conventional winter colors!!! Hence I have decided to name this panel as " Oriental Winter".

For this, I have used chalk paints to color the background. For the beautiful chipboards I have used metallic paints as well as a few metallic sprays. I have kept the color theme mainly red.

Design Team call 2022

  Hello friends

This is time time to invite new talents from all over the world. we’re accepting applications for our 2022 Design Team with different styles and fresh new faces to the team!

If you are very creative in making mixed media Layouts, Mini Albums from breaking a fresh clean CS, create many different styles of home décor using chalk paints, DIY projects, art journaling and handmade cards? then this call is for you.

With all of above talents, and if you are good in making Youtube videos to written instructions, then this is the call for you.

Who can Apply?? 

We’re looking for skillful person to promote our products in an ingenious, innovative, and imaginative way. 

A person who creates Mixed media Cards, scrapbooks , layouts , altered projects, home décor projects, DIY crafts, all these or any of these categories can apply !!

Design team requirements

• If you are excited about expressions craft products and have creative enough talent to show how great and best they are to work with in your projects.
• You must be an active on social media in some form.
• You must be a willing person to promote our products in your blog and your other social media accounts. ( FB, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.,)

• You must have the capability to high quality photograph of your projects in a pleasing manner and make you tube videos. You have to provide minimum 5 ( maximum 10) pics of your projects . One or two full image of the project with products and rest, close up shots. 

• You must be able to post - 3  projects  using our products to attract our clients and show all possible ways use them.     
• All your projects are videos, so the video should be in16: 9 size fits you tube screen size perfectly. 
• DT calendar will be provided to you ahead of time so you can see your post days and plan accordingly. Each design team member will be assigned their own posting day, and blog posts can be scheduled ahead of time.

• You MUST be organized and able to meet deadlines for your DT post dates.  Products are given out WELL in advance for you to have your project in on time.  We REQUIRE all projects in 48 hours PRIOR to your due date. 

• A blog post must be ready with good write up and photos of your projects and video links.
• you must take part in group discussions 

• You should not be part of any Indian brand design team that represents a conflict of interest with our company.
• Comment  and encourage on all the post shared by the team and on challenge entries is MUST
