Gift box- Mixed media

Hello Everyone!

Hope you all are doing great! today ma here with my another project i.e Gift box ..without further delay let me just share the process here

Used classic New Year colors. sharing the glimpse of my projects below, dont forget to watch the video at the end

Got a warm shade of gray by mixing white hesso, black hesso and yellow paint.

I mixed ArtMedium and metallic paints and got a voluminous texture paste.

The surface flickers like snow because I used sparkles.

Monday Inspirational & video tutorial by Irina &Tatyana

Hello All,
This is Irina Chebotareva (IraChe).
Today am going to share my Mixed media panel which has beautiful snow effect on it, using our Ice & Snow paste, its awesome to create Snow effect which looks realistic ,do try it , am sure you will love it... so here is the glimpse of my project

I created an imitation of winter flowers and leaves

I used Ice&snow ground texture pastes and Handmade Flowers of Expressions Craft.

For coloring I used Chorma Bursts

Also In the end was added Glitters Magic Sparks, Mica Flakes and Sprinkle Glitz

Hello Guys.
This is Tatyana here, today i have a beautiful mixed media Gift Box to show you people, In this project i have combined all our Unique and Amazing products to make this, I must say our Ice &snow paste is amazing to create perfect snowy frost effect on any surface, and chroma burst is really a burst to try in any project to get fabulous result , asusual our chalk paint and metallic does their wonders,, here is the glipmse of my project & don't miss my video tutorial at the end

Remember how to sparkle snow. It shimmers with all colors. I tried to convey the brightness in their work. I used Sequins and Art Medium to create the background texture. It looks like snowflakes.

I used Chalk Paint and Chroma Burst to create a blue background. I added pink metallic paints for contrast.

I used a lot of Ice & snow Texture paste. Therefore, the work turned out snowy.

Wintery Night

Hello crafters,

This is Vidhi here, I am back again at Expressions craft blog with my pictorial post! Now it's time to celebrate winter... this month we have an amazing challenge of " WINTER CELEBRATIONS ". When I will think about the winter, the first thing that will appear in my mind is Snow !!! I love snow and blue wintery nights! Today I created three canvas panels for Home Decor. Have a look

Here is the step by step pictorial for you guys...

1) First I prime the surface with white gesso. After that, I applied white crackled paste through Expressions Craft stencil.

2) The second step is to select embellishments. I arranged them roughly first and after that, I stuck them

with Art Gloss Gel.

3) Now I gave a coat of White Gesso on all embellishments and for more texture and snowy effect.

4) It's time to colour the elements. I used Sprinkle mist to colour the basic tone of the canvas.

5) I used chroma burst as a next step. Have you ever try them before? It's an amazing pigmented powder. I just love them.

6) As the last step, I applied Ice and snow paste with fairy dust on all the elements for a perfect wintery look.

Bingo! It's done...

Challenge #15 Winter celebrations

We Are back with Monthly Challenge!!

Welcome to the new challenge of Nov 2019.

This month theme is WINTER Celebrations ,,

Create any project with Winter elements in it.

Pls remember to use any one of the products(Texture pastes, Sprays, chippies,Paints etc) from our store.Include that in the photo which you submit)

- Must be follower of our Blog,Face Book page, Instagram & Youtube channel. (Pls see Sidebar of our blog)

- Create a new project like Altered art, ATC's, Card, Scrapbook pages or any other craft projects are acceptable as long as they adhere to the months challenge.

- Use of anyone of the Expressions craft product is a must and we would love to see our product along with your project in your blog post

- A link must be submitted of the post link only and not the entire blog!

- Display the challenge storyboard in your post and link back to Expressions craft blog

- We will accept a maximum of 3 entries per person. Please add 2,3 next to your name for subsequent entries.

- Winner will receive Rs.1000 gift voucher to purchase from our store and will get a chance of guest designing the following month
