Art Journal - Be A Mermaid In A Sea Of Fish

Dheepika here. I'm back with an Art Journal.

A step at a time:

• Take a white cardstock and draw the mermaid tail and cut the shape.
• Place the stencil on mermaid tails and apply a gesso or a texture paste on it.
• Spray the sprinkle mist on the mermaid tails.
• Apply gesso on the Art Journal page and create some texture with the texture tool. Dry them with a heat tool.
• Add the sprinkle mist on it and let it dry.
• Add gold metallic color to the texture.
• Drawing some fishes, stones and make it look like a sea scene.
• Paste the mermaid tail one at the left bottom side of the journal and other on the right top side of the journal.
• Stamp the sentiment " Be A Mermaid In A Sea Of Fish" on the black cardstock and heat emboss it.
• Add the sentiment to the Art Journal page.
• Now the Art Journal page is ready.

Mixed media layout with Chalk paint

Hello Crafters 

I am Shylaa here with you today to share my video tutorial on mixed media layout using chalk paint and sprinkle mist from IMMIX of Expressions craft

Steps involved
To start I coated with White Gesso. And stenciled my background with Expressions Craft Pine cone stencil and modelling paste.  Once dry I sponged Immix-Chalk Paint-Pale Sunset Gold chalk paint over the stenciled portion. Then misted with Immix-Sprinkle Mist-Chest Nut and Immix-Sprinkle Mist-Citrus Yellow for additional colours. Then layered the photo and added handmade flowers, diecuts,pearls and sequins. Coated the portion with Gel medium and added IMMIX deco stones over the embellishments and mixed with gesso and further beautified the layout.

Happy Sunday  to all. I am sonika here with mixed media card using stencils from Expressions craft.

I used in this beautiful product from expressions craft  like decostones,stencil ,chippies and sprinkle mist, these product are awesome and can use on any surface as well can use by any medium too. 

I used in it card stock from expressions craft which is gud enough to do mixed media techniques on it ,like I did gesso on it ,stenciling on it ,add lots of layering , misting it but paper is so thick and sturdy that it not loose their thread .

Decoupage Techniques

Hello crafty friends!!!

Alpna here. I am back with three decoupage projects for Expressions craft.

Today I going to share 3 projects with you all. I made these projects using decoupage papers from Expressions Craft. These papers are so beautiful and versatile that you can use in multiple projects. I made one album using turquoise card stock and floral decoupage paper, one photo frame and one tray.  Here are my projects:

Art Journal Using Expressions Craft Stencils

Hello Friends,

Priya here today with my inspiration post for our current challenge which you can find here

I made a Journal page using Expressions craft Stencils and Sprinkle mist.

These stencils are truly versatile and can be used with any colors, inks and pastes. 

My journal is of 330 gsm pages and are heavy enough for colors and textures. I used my stamps first and created some interest on the page and then sprayed some sprinkle mists to create a colored background. I fussy cut some elements from a magazine and pattern paper and adhered them on the page. Then I added some more stamping. Then I created some more texture using my Expressions craft stencil.
