This is DT Archana here, Today I have another project for you all using Expressions Craft beautiful chipboards and some other supplies from store as well like chalk paints, metallic paints, ground texture paste's, stencil and white gesso...

Hello friends,

I am DT Vidhi Jadeja here at Expressions Craft blog today with my inspirational post. This month we have wonderful theme of fairy land !!!

When we think about fairies first thing will come in our mind is their beautiful ‘ Wings '  I wish we all have wings to fly ....still I didn't get mine but my little fairy gets her own wings to fly :) 

so I made a project with vintage touch with fairy .

I have created a mixed media card with wonderful new chipboard from Expressions craft. Used other mixed media mediums too !!!

BEND YOUR CHIPBOARDS-ALTERED BOTTLE VIDEO TUTORIAL

Who said CHIPBOARDS don't bend? I have made an altered bottle with these gorgeous chippies. Hope you all will like and do try it with your bottles and curved objects.

Snow White - Resin Tray Background (Photo Tutorial)

Greetings Everyone!

This is Isha Pai and today I am here to share photo tutorial of my last project 

for this month and which goes very well with the 

current theme "Fairy World"

I have made scene of "Snow White" keeping MDF resin tray as background.

  

Materials Used are:

1. Black Gesso

2. Chroma Burst - Bright Carnival, Gamma Black, Fresh water, Lemon Verbena and Silk                                           Magic Magenta

3. Ancient Gold Metallic Paint

4. Fairy Dust

5. Silver Mica Flakes

6. Newly launched chipboards: Peace, border and half moon with stars.

Photo Tutorial:

Drying time 24 hours, note to keep the resin poured object on the flat surface. 

To give galaxy background I have used Fairy dust as well as Silver Mica Flakes.

Dream catcher : A Mixed Media Canvas

Hello Everyone,

Hope you all doing good!!!

Myself Varsha from C-Arts & Crafts. Today I am sharing a canvas art with you all. This is my last project for Expressions craft. Here is pictorial for you all. Please follow my steps to make your own project.

Supplies used :

1. Heavy Gesso White
2. Chroma burst- Gala pink & Purple
3. Texture paste
4. Stencils - Cracked wall & wall brick
5. Chalk paints
6. Shimmer metallic paints
7. New released chipboards
8. Art medium gel transparent- Gloss
9. Handmade flowers
10. Glass Nuggets
11. IMMIX Deco stones- Mega

Here is my project:

Steps to be followed:

Step 1. Take a canvas & apply heavy Gesso White.

Step 2. Apply chroma burst to colour background.

Step3. Create texture using stencils & texture paste.

Step 4. Place your all embellishments & chipboards ( I coloured my chipboards with chalk paints )

 

Step 5. Finish your project with glass nuggets, add sentiment & black splashes.

. I used soft colours in my project, you can take idea from the same.
