We are looking for creative, enthusiastic and organized crafters to be a part of our Design Team.

Design team requirements
- Design team term will be from Oct - Dec 2018.(longer is preferable)
- You must have an blog(mandatory).
- You must have the capability to photograph your projects in a pleasing manner.
- You must be able to post on the blog on a weekly basis (1 x per week - 2 inspirations and 2 videos(one picture tutorial video & 1 process video). A DT calendar will be provided to you ahead of time so you can see your post days and plan accordingly.Each design team member will be assigned their own posting day, and blog posts can be scheduled ahead of time.
- You MUST be organized and able to meet deadlines for your DT post days. Products are given out WELL in advance for you to have your project in on time. We REQUIRE all projects in 48 hours PRIOR to your due date
- You must be an active on social media in some form.
- You should not be part of any Indian brand design team that represents a conflict of interest with our company

- A short bio about yourself and your crafting style
- Reason - why you think you would be a good fit for our team, or why you would like to join us.
- A list of current & previous design teams (if applicable)
- Links for attachments to 4 of your recent projects that highlight your natural crafting style
Deadline for applications is Sunday September 16, 2018 at 6 pm IST
If you are chosen to be on the design team – you will be notified by Thursday September 20th by email. Design Team announcements will be made within the following week.
