Canvas Flower bouquet

This month at Expressions Craft is all about celebrations.  Come be a part by participating in our monthly blog challenge to find some fabulous prizes and be a guest designer for the coming month ☺

What's a celebration without flowers?  Right?!  So just am here with a quick DIY to have a bouquet that lasts forever.  This can be used as a wall or table decor 

All you would need is a canvas,  some paints and the beautiful flowers range from Expressions Craft.

So,  let's get started!

First,  I wanted to make a flower vase with stripes  so using washi tape,  I marked the places I wanted to color

 Now I colored using black chalk paint 

On the top I stenciled the letters "CELEBRATE" to go along the theme

Now peel off the washi tape and color the portion in meralic paint bronze.  I also highlighted the stenciled portion with bronze by dry brushing and colored all the remaining portion of the canvas in baby pink.

Now add your choice of beautiful flowers and chippie that suits your fancy and ta-daa!
