Design team requirements
- Design team term will be from Apr - June 2019.
- You must have an blog(mandatory).
- You must have the capability to photograph your projects in a pleasing manner and make youtube videos.
- You must be able to post - three projects on the blog(1 inspirations, 1 photo tutorial & 1 video). A DT calendar will be provided to you ahead of time so you can see your post days and plan accordingly.Each design team member will be assigned their own posting day, and blog posts can be scheduled ahead of time.
- You MUST be organized and able to meet deadlines for your DT post days. Products are given out WELL in advance for you to have your project in on time. We REQUIRE all projects in 48 hours PRIOR to your due date
- You must be an active on social media in some form.
- You should not be part of any Indian brand design team that represents a conflict of interest with our company.
- Comment and encourage on all the post shared by the team and on challenge entries.

- Links to your Blog/Social Media

- Links to your blog, social media platforms, YouTube, etc.
- A short bio about yourself and your crafting style
- Reason - why you think you would be a good fit for our team, or why you would like to join us.
- A list of current & previous design teams (if applicable)
- Links for attachments to 4 of your recent projects that highlight your natural crafting style
Deadline for applications is Friday February 15, 2019 at 6 pm IST
If you are chosen to be on the design team – you will be notified by Wednesday February 20th by email. Design Team announcements will be made within the following week.
